Giv-way footrests will fold back when they come against a barrier and automatically return to their original position.
This is accomplished by a spring loaded mechanism while your foot remains level.
Just imagine being able to get 3 to 4 inches closer to tables or holding those spring loaded doors that want to close before you can move your chair.
Well I got tired of those challenges and spent more than 3 years designing the giv-way footrest, now I no longer worry of injury, costly repairs or frustrations.

The giv-way footrest works best with a minimum space of 3 to 4 inches between your foot plates and your front casters with the casters pointing back.
